It's not unusual to feel stressed out and overwhelmed by everything on our "plates" these days. When this happens we rarely know where to start. A good way to deal with this is to begin by listing everything that has to be done.
The next step is to put the list in order of priorities. When we do this it's easy to see what's urgent, what can be postponed, delegated, or even eliminated.
The act of listing and prioritizing gives us clarity and helps keep us focused. And the best part is that the feelings of being overwhelmed and stressed out usually vanish as soon as we finish our lists. What a concept: no stress!
